The Wooden Box Factory is a family-owned Australian manufacturer specialising in custom timber boxes, crates, trays, retail displays and presentation packaging for businesses.

Established in 2012 and under new ownership since 2026, the business now operates from our factory in Pakenham, Victoria. We work with customers across the wine and spirits, food packaging, retail, hospitality, shopfitting and gift industries.

Our focus is on practical, well-made timber products that can be developed from an initial concept through to prototype, production and repeat orders. We offer a range of construction, finishing and branding options, including hot stamping, laser engraving and UV printing.

We aim to source and use timber and plywood responsibly and to reduce waste wherever practical through careful material selection, efficient cutting and repeatable manufacturing processes.

Where available and suitable, we seek materials supplied by businesses offering FSC- or PEFC-certified products.
